Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they are received in good order and that delivery documentations is correct.
  • Liaise with quality to ensure technical inspections are completed as required.
  • Ensure all outbound goods are appropriately packed, documented and safely loaded onto transport.
  • Ensure all inventory is stored appropriately and conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner, and that stores systems accurately reflect physical inventory.
  • Undertake local delivery and collection of goods in company vehicles.
  • Maintain stores area to the required standard, including compliance with safe working practices and applicable legislation.
  • Undertake other duties as required, commensurate with skills and knowledge.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a busy stores environment.
  • Proven technical knowledge related to tools and engineering components.
  • A current forklift and manual driver’s licence.
  • Experience with MS Office and/or inventory management systems.
  • Great communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities.
