2023 Baird Maritime Awards

The Sentinel 1250 Littoral Manoeuvre Craft (LMC) is continuing to make waves, recently winning best “Innovative Patrol Boat” in the 2023 Baird Maritime Awards.

The Baird Maritime Awards are a global event recognising excellence in boat building from every corner of the ocean. We are absolutely thrilled that our vessels, now in service with the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN), have come out on top as the best innovative patrol boat.

Our long-running partnership with One2three naval architects and the use of HDPE has allowed us to create a versatile and resilient vessel that can perform in the harshest environments and can be optimised for a range of mission profiles.

The 1250 LMC is a testament to the power of great design, cutting edge boat building and

close collaboration and consultation with the end user, which has resulted in a product that has now been recognised as truly world-beating.
