Alive Yachting is no stranger to big wins

Alive Yachting is no stranger to big wins, having previously been the overall winner of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race in both 2018 and 2023.

The wins continue to get bigger, with Alive coming out on top in the 2025 Melbourne to Osaka double handed yacht race, placing first in PHS (Performance Handicap System), AMS (Australian Measurement System) and ORCi DH (Offshore Racing Congress International Double-Handed) divisions.

As a long-time supporter, Sentinel is proud to have watched the team on Alive’s reputation for hard, professional sailing in all conditions continue to grow.

The long and demanding double-handed race to Osaka has been a real challenge, taking Duncan Hine and Glenn Myler across the Pacific Ocean and through the Solomon Islands. With the boat now docked in Osaka, they are now enjoying a well-deserved rest before continuing the boat’s campaign on the Southeast Asia racing circuit.

A huge congratulations to Duncan, Glenn and Alive as they tick yet another incredible milestone off the list!
