The Sentinel 830R has been designed specifically for Defence, Law Enforcement and rescue response applications. It is in service with the Australian Defence Force, Ukrainian Special Forces and the Queensland Police.

With high performance outboards the Sentinel 830R can comfortably operate at speeds in excess of 50 knots, with exceptional stability, handling and anti-fatigue characteristics.  A twin water jet variant of the 850R is also available.

The needs of Defence can be catered for through design refinements including variations in bimini and cabin designs as well as electronics packaging and specialist diving equipment stowage space.

The 830R is also designed and engineered to support embarked boat operations with a stainless-steel lifting frame that has had full Finite Element Analysis conducted to ensure compliance to international lifting standards.  This version also utilises a foam filled ‘D’ collar as featured on our 1250 and 1100 waterjet craft as to increase usable deck space to add operational flexibility.

The combination of the vessel design and the HDPE hull makes The Sentinel 830R an extremely stable platform that reduces vibration and impact forces to the crew, ensuring they are ready to undertake demanding tasks even after long transits or encountering heavy seas.
